4.Usage and Effect *During production and testing period ,spraying and blowing equipment processing of magnesium based desulfuration agent must be provided with. *Mg based desulfuration agent is generally mixed used with CaO based desulfuration agent,the mixing proportion is:10-25%,90-75%,a small quantity of carbide powder can also be mixed. *Input of Mg based desulfuration agent is between :0.6-1.0KG/T rion. Input of CaO based desulfuration agent is between:2.0-3.5KG/T rion. *Pay attention to sampling and measuring temperature before and after spraying and blowing. Take slag-off in time when spraying and blowing are completed. *The best temperature of magnesium based desulfuration agent is around 1280± 30°C. *After blowing in Mg based desulfuration agent ,temperature of molten iron will drop 10-20°C. *Spraying and Blowing Speed:the spraying and blowing speed of mixed spraying and blowing method is from 40-60KG/min. Joined spraying and blowing method:the spraying and blowing speed of Mg based desulfuration agent is from 10-20KG/min The spraying and blowing speed of CaO based desulfuration agent is from 25-35KG/min. *Spraying and Blowing Method: Mixed spraying and blowing method:insert blowing tube 2/3 deep into the molten iron to spray the mixed materials of Mg based desulfuration agent and CaO based desulfuration agent. Joined Spraying and Blowing Method:blowing in CaO based desulfuration agent first,then blowing in Mg based desulfuration agent. *desulfuration efficiency:can reach 80-90%,and the desulfuration depth can reach 0.001%. 5.Package ,Transportation and storage *Use bags,metal pail or paper pail to pack ,the underlayer are plastic bag. The package specifications are 25Kg,100Kg,500Kg,1000Kg/bag,and the package can also be according to the requirements from clients. *Use trucks and containers to transport ,and make static protection to the trucks,no fire is allowed to approach the trucks. *For storage,the goods should be placed in oder according to production time and specifications:the storehouse should be ventilated,dry,fire preventing,wet preventing,static preventing and the hermetic goods can be stored for 6 months. 6.Others *The products should be clearly indicated with quality certificate,names of parties,product name,specifications,weight ,chemical components,delivery and receiving responsible persons names. *If there is any splashing powder of the product ,then clear it up. *Prepare fireproof sand at the storehouse and operation spot,do not use water and fire extinguisher to put off fire. *For other items ,which are not covered here,some appropriate measures will be taken according to operation procedure.
